LockerStack Terms of Service

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in LockerStack ("LockerStack," "we," or "us") and our website at lockerstack.co.uk, provided through Fourthwall (the "Service"). These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and LockerStack regarding your use of the Service.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read and understood, and, as a condition of your use of the Service, you agree to be bound by, the following terms and conditions, including our Privacy Policy (together, these "Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, you do not have our permission to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where anything in these Terms conflicts with those statutory rights, your statutory rights take priority.

1. Service Overview

We offer a website where you can purchase branded apparel and merchandise ("Products"). Products are made to order and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Fourthwall, and its production partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that:

(a) you are at least 13 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to make a purchase.

3. Accounts and Registration

You may need to register for an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree that any information you give us is accurate and that you'll keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, and for anything that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, tell us immediately at hello@lockerstack.co.uk.

4. Payment Terms

Purchasing a Product may require payment of fees, shown to you in GBP before you complete checkout.

Pricing. We set the pricing for our Products and try to keep it up to date on the website. We may run promotional pricing or discount codes at our discretion; these apply only where stated and don't retroactively change the price of orders already placed.

Authorisation. By placing an order, you authorise us and our payment processors (including PayPal and Fourthwall's payment partners) to charge the payment method you provide for the full order value, including any applicable tax and shipping.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because Products are made to order specifically for you, general returns and sizing-related returns are not accepted.

If a Product arrives with a print error, damage, or other quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@lockerstack.co.uk with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

This section should be read alongside our full Returns & FAQ policy. Nothing here limits your statutory right to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, according to the delivery terms and estimated timescales shown at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

7. Licences

Limited Licence. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions. Except where applicable law says otherwise, you may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Service; (b) modify the Service; or (c) interfere with or circumvent any security or access feature of the Service.

Feedback. If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Service or our Products, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose, including to improve the Service.

Ownership. The Service, including its design, graphics, and content ("Materials"), is owned by LockerStack or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use the Materials without our permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Infringe or misappropriate any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
• Interfere with the security features of the Service, including by reverse engineering any part of it;
• Disrupt the operation of the Service, including via viruses, malicious code, or unauthorised data collection about other users;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Sell or transfer your access under these Terms; or
• Assist anyone else in doing any of the above.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the update. We or Fourthwall may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, though we'll act reasonably in doing so. You can stop using the Service, or ask us to close your account, at any time by emailing hello@lockerstack.co.uk.

We may also modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for your own use of the Service, and to cover any reasonable losses we (and Fourthwall) suffer as a result of: (a) your unauthorised or improper use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your infringement of a third party's rights; or (d) any dispute between you and a third party arising from your use of the Service. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Disclaimers

The Service and all Products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to ensure the Service works properly and that Products match their description, but we don't provide additional warranties beyond those required by law, and nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Fourthwall's role. We provide the Service through Fourthwall, who act as our e-commerce and fulfilment platform and as merchant of record for payment processing. Purchases are made between you and LockerStack; Fourthwall is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for their content, though they are responsible for their own role in processing your order and payment as merchant of record.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LockerStack's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service or purchase of a Product is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. This does not exclude or limit our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

13. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we reference (such as our Returns & FAQ page), form the entire agreement between you and LockerStack regarding your use of the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Section headings are for convenience only.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms at any time, including as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.

14. International Customers

While LockerStack is based in the UK, we're happy to accept orders from other countries where our fulfilment partners can ship. If you're ordering from outside the UK, you're responsible for any import duties or customs charges applied on delivery — see our Returns & FAQ page for details. Access to the Service from any location where such access would be unlawful is not permitted.
